Product:
Fixit Mate Grip is a single component fast cure assembly adhesive with a high bond strength. Fixit Mate Grip FMP100 is a translucent, 100% waterproof solvent free polyurethane based adhesive.
Characteristics:
- Fast curing, 3-4 times faster than other glues
- Foaming penetration action fills bond cavity
- Very high bond strength
- Waterproof D4
- Does not stain
- Effective on damp surfaces
Applications:
All bonding on all types of porous and some nonporous surfaces, timber bonding in furniture, window and door frame manufacturing. Bonding of polystyrene insulation. Bonding of wooden construction elements and core materials such as Medium Density Fibre Board (MDF). Cement sheet, brick work as well as concrete. Substrates should be abraded and clamped for 1-2 hours.

Shelf life:
12 months Cartridges; 12 months Foil Bags; from production date. In unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place a t temperatures between +5°C and 23°C.
Surfaces:
State of surfaces: clean, dry, free of dust and grease
Preparation: slight moistening of surfaces improves curing rate and gap filling properties. Substrates require clamping for 1-2 Hrs.
We recommend a preliminary compatibility test.
Application:
Method Manual or pneumatic caulking gun
Application temperature: +1°C to 30°C
Clean up: Methylated Spirits or alcohol cleaner immediately after application and before curing
Health- and Safety Recommendation:
Apply the usual industrial hygiene. Wear gloves. Safety Glasses.
Remarks:
• Fixit Mate Grip FMP100 can be applied to a wide variety of substrates. Due to the fact that the specific properties of substrates will differ from manufacturer to manufacturer we strongly recommend compatibility test
